What is the little bin for?

Kitchen scraps binThis little bin is to keep in the kitchen to make it easy for you to compost all your fruit and vegetable scraps, tea bags, coffee grounds and crushed egg shells (remember to crush them because they take a long time to break down). You can also put in some of the cardboard or paper packaging that you create in the kitchen, just screw it up first. Once the kitchen bin is full, simply tip it into your compost bin.

TIP: To keep your kitchen bin clean, line it with newspaper or a paper bag first, this can be tipped into your compost bin too.
