Why is composting at home such a good idea?
Lancashire is facing a growing problem of what to do with all the rubbish
we produce. One of the largest elements of rubbish found in peoples bins
is garden and food waste, most of which could easily be composted.
Composting is were rubbish is put into a seperate container and through
a natural process involving all sorts of creatures, from worms to microscopic
bugs, turns into something useful.
